Payment Policy

- Lessons are $45/30 minutes or $80/60 minutes (time can be used on one type of lesson or both batting and fielding). 

- We require that you please pay upon booking your session in order to lock in your appointment.

- If payment is not received within 24 hours of your lesson request your request will be released and you will have to request again. 

- We do this for the following reasons:

a) We have to pay for the cage before we hold the lesson in order to ensure we have a cage to hold lessons and not risk the facility being fully booked. 

b) This ensures if a client has last minute scheduling conflict All Things Softball will not cover the bill for the cage rented in advanced for the reasons previously given. 

Refund/Cancellation Policy

- If you need to cancel for any reason please give at least 24 hour notice to receive full refund. 

- If you cancel same day (within 24 hours ) you will only receive 50% refund.

-  If you don’t show up there’s no refund. So please let us know ASAP!  

- If All Things Softball has to cancel for any reason you will receive a full refund  **By booking you agree to the above terms**
